1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Verification (KYC)

ar99999 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of its commitment to platform security and responsible operations. Verification may be requested at registration or at any subsequent point — particularly before processing larger withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected.

Documents typically requested for verification include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence.

• ar99999 reserves the right to request identity verification before releasing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ar99999 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general rules set out here.

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible games and markets — not all games or bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contributions per game type are listed in the promotion terms. Sports bets, live casino, slots, and fish games may carry different contribution rates.
• Bonus expiry — bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One bonus at a time — unless otherwise stated, only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. Accepting a new offer while a previous bonus is pending may forfeit the earlier promotion.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on ar99999. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these where applicable.

• Bet confirmation — a bet is only valid once you have received a confirmation reference from ar99999. Bets that do not generate a confirmation should be treated as unplaced. Do not assume a bet has been accepted based on entering selections without confirmation.
• Odds changes — odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play markets can move rapidly; the price at the time of acceptance is final.
• Voided bets — bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, obvious pricing errors, technical failures affecting the integrity of the market, or late suspension of a market due to an incident. Voided bets are returned as a stake refund.
• Cricket and PSL markets — for cricket events, where a match is interrupted and cannot be completed within the scheduled reserve day (where applicable), bets will be settled according to the official result if one is declared. Where no official result is possible, bets will be voided.
• Live betting — bets placed on live (in-play) markets are accepted subject to the platform's ability to process them in real time. ar99999 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any point. Bets submitted during a suspension will not be accepted.
• Maximum winnings — ar99999 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and on the relevant market page. Bets accepted above these limits in error will be settled up to the applicable maximum.

ar99999 strives to resolve any disputes relating to bet settlement fairly and transparently. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, contact support with the bet reference number within 30 days of settlement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ar99999. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

• Registering or operating more than one ar99999 account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or allowing a minor to use your account.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public at the time of betting.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access account features, or exploit platform mechanics.
• Deliberately exploiting pricing errors, system glitches, or technical faults for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are not valid and will not be paid.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes in casino games, poker-style games, or any competitive format available on ar99999.
• Using ar99999 for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime. ar99999 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in any investigation relating to financial irregularities.
• Making deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name, or facilitating third-party use of your account for deposits or withdrawals.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ar99999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. This may occur in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been issued.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial irregularity connected to the account.
• Confirmed or suspected use of prohibited software or tools.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have had no login or transaction activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant. ar99999 will attempt to notify you before taking any action on a dormant account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, ar99999 is not obligated to return funds that were derived from prohibited activity. Legitimate balances not connected to any breach will be returned through a verified payment channel after review.

9 Responsible Gaming
